Chesapeake's Economic Development, Conference Center
and Human Resources department will be partnering a
sponsorship for the 2nd Annual Virginia's Black Expo.
The Expo, hosted by Thomas McCants Media, Inc. is designed
to spur economic development and expose the community
to African-American owned business. Franchising opportunities
and access to capital is the focus of this year's Expo.
